Whats some animes that are similar to Cowboy bebop / Samurai Champloo.
Ones that are a little more mature, have some good action, and preferably a dubbed version.

If you haven't seen Trigun, I suggest that. But most people end up seeing Trigun if they've seen Cowboy Bebop, or vice versa. I believe they're from the same person.
