...Is down for maintenance again. Its becoming a serious problem. Hell, this weekend's event was supposed to be their APOLOGY for the constant maintenance. This is acceptable during beta, but now that its a full game that people are shelling out 30 or so dollars for, its unacceptable.

I thought the IP boost was for winning some other contest or some such.

The IP boost was a reward to the players for LoL winning 2/3 of MMOSITE's whatever.

It isn't a full game... there are still constant updates and fixes, not nearly all the champions they're planning on making either...
