Anyone know how I can open an .rep file?

EDIT: actually I think it's a file that's created when there's an Error is that right? This file was sent to me.. so should I ask them to try save it again?

I thought a .rep file extension was a StarCraft replay file.

Edit: Looks like it's also used as a proprietary format in a CRM (Customer Relations Manager) program. That's probably what it's meant to be. You'll either need that software or request it in another format. Sometimes GoogleDocs will be able to convert some obscure format like that.
