YouTube is broken

I was just watching a video and noticed the "related videos..." which usually are related, at least marginally...

Actually I've been getting that a lot. Not lady gaga but.. the first one the list is something that's totally unrelated. Though sometimes I noticed it's a video I've seen before (not always the case though). Maybe it's something other than related videos? Cos it's highlighted in blue~

When they are gray like that, it just means its a featured video, not necessarily related to your video.
