i need some technical help...
 

so i cleared off most of the viruses on my computer and now its working pretty well, but there is still a really ANNOYING AS HELL problem.

it happens when i surf the web on any of my web browsers. it doesn't matter what site im on either. i would be just watching a youtube video or something and suddenly i hear add sounds. (such as "Congratulations, you won!" and then it keeps going for like a minute.) =/ idk where its coming from either cuz it happens on sites where there arent any adds sometimes......
and no windows pop up either...


i would check task manager but my moms program doesn't let me open it..... :cries:

I hear the same. But i just dunno. Try using CCleaner and clean some stuff. o:

Incorrect. Adblock Plus and Spybot are both great programs. They don't fail.

You might want to consider getting antivirus. AVG, Avast, NOD32, or Kaspersky are all good. NOD32 and Kaspersky you have to pay for.

From personal experience, Kaspersky is very good, but it takes a bit of memory to work with. But that doesn't matter unless you have a 2005 or older computer with only 1GB of RAM or something.

Otherwise, AVG works. Not too experienced with Avast, but I hear it doesn't have heuristic protection in the free version, so it doesn't sound worth it unless you get the paid version. The only problem with AVG is since it's free, it doesn't have rootkit protection.

ive always had the full bought version of AVG (it has rootkit protection and lots of other stuff) and it works really well...

I know it sounds stupid but try minimizing the window your on, or just unmaximizing it then shrinking it manually. I once had an Ad that was behind my open window and minimized itself when I minimised my current window, it was very annoying so I had to shrink the window to see it @_@
