Well I usualy just NPC the badges. Not sure if it's a quest item. For you staff it depends on the license. Care to show some screens of the 2 weps?

btw the magic staff had a mastered ratman license
mastered boar license and
a close to mastery mara elit license not that it matters now:D

Anyways got some more drops im curious about
Mara license(also curious as to what stats it would add)
a lvl20 dex+5ring

Thats all i can think of right now:)

the ring shall be no more that 500c.. (probably 300-400c) Just coz the stat on it is dex.. hence its worth less...
