Crystal Castle

Is there such thing as a crystal castle quest?

I'm so confused.. everyone says that the tower makes it easier for you to level... but I can't find any quest for it...

We went in once without quest and the mobs are not that great in EXP...

I went to Roumen with my lvl 63 archer and got some 78k quest.. but that's about it...
