Need help with my comp x_x

Alrite so here's the problem. Firstly in warcraft 3, my graphics is so imba i could not see one particular model. Which is lycan in Dota. Secondly in fiesta i couldnt see any wolves species nor goblin swordmans. They just appear invisible. Now I just downloaded ESO, the graphics kept jerking, all the time. Further more, I can never watch any video on youtube / veoh, or any other streaming sites in full screen. I will get black lines running down my screen and the screen shakes.
I tried to use update drivers but no avail.

Heres my specs, if theres anything i need to change (probably alot)
Not sure on what to provide so ill just throw in some stuff.

If your V-RAM size is 64 MB, then yeah, you DEFINITELY need to upgrade your video card. According to this link, it was made back for DirectX 7 (with current one DirectX 10, 11 being developed as we speak)
