Yeah, I made one :P
UTAU is a program, that is a lot similar to Vocaloid, yet less polished. You record your voice for all the Japanese syllables and tell it to sing at this pitch, this long, this note, etc.

i dled UTAU a long time ago but couldnt figure out how to use it T.T tutorial plz?

Did you have your system locale set to Japanese? If not, it won't work :c
