so i have some shugo chara clips and stuff that are only like... :x 700xwhatever so they're kind small... but i was wondering how to at least make it so theres nto a big black square around the clips >< i use sony vegas pro 7.0 and i got HD to work but thats with an ESO clip which is good quality to begin with... ><; help...

You will have to set your "canvas" size to 1280x720 and enlarge your videos for no black squares. Or you could try just setting your canvas size with aspect ratio of 16:9. I'm not sure if they'd enlarge it for you on youtube, but you could do a test clip.
