It's okay to do that o: as long as she isn't claiming the characters as hers. I used to do that for my anime club, and they have vendors who make and sell stuff like that at anime conventions.

I might make a few for myself lol. I've been feeling crafty lately x.x everytime we go to wal mart, I go to the craft section, and I have no idea what to look for.

This is most assuredly illegal unless they have permission from the owner of the copyright. At least here in the States.

I see fanart being sold all the time.. this is essentially fanart.

I've always thought that selling fanart was illegal unless they asked the owners.

Someone who was exchanging fiesta commissions with sparkcash item had their thread removed, probably for that reason.
