I'm torn. On one hand, that's a rather dumb reason to eject someone. On the other, if that guy does own it outright and doesn't accept governmental money for it's upkeep (including tax incentives), then he should be able to eject anyone he damn well pleases.

Tell me how those rights were abridged if this was in no way a governmental entity.

They can and should sue, probably easy to find suitable cause with the precedents.


Violation of Constitution on the other hand, I think not.

They did that to me at a Navy graduation. They were doing some patriotic song, and I didn't stand and I got corrected.

They even prayed. I didn't notice it until I saw most of the peoples head bowed and my dad smack me on the back of my head.

dont they also cover segregation, and things such as that? because it was my understanding that it was illegal for any group or business to treat someone in such a way because of different race, religion, etc.... correct me if im wrong, though.

as for this situation, it seems to be a city-run team...
