I'm torn. On one hand, that's a rather dumb reason to eject someone. On the other, if that guy does own it outright and doesn't accept governmental money for it's upkeep (including tax incentives), then he should be able to eject anyone he damn well pleases.

They can and should sue, probably easy to find suitable cause with the precedents.
Violation of Constitution on the other hand, I think not. |
They did that to me at a Navy graduation. They were doing some patriotic song, and I didn't stand and I got corrected.
They even prayed. I didn't notice it until I saw most of the peoples head bowed and my dad smack me on the back of my head. |
