Nerd Rock at its finest. Basically, they're a band that's based after a total reimagining of the Megaman universe, in which Dr. Wily is an Orwellian dictator. Check them out. Here's a list of their songs, if you feel like listening to them in "story telling" type order:

i dont really like the first singer's voice either, but when it gets to the part with those portraying Dr. Wily and Emily it gets epic.

I love the fact that they took something awesome like the original megaman series and totally made it something that was even more awesome than it initially was by giving it a deeper story.
