[Outspark] T-Pain M/V Contest and Item Release
 

The Fiesta team is pleased to announce our new partnership with the American hip hop and R&B singer-songwriter, and producer T-Pain!

Along with this special occasion we're releasing some cool new outfits and running a very special event. We're calling all in-game movie makers and T-Pain fans alike for the T-Pain Music Video Contest! This event will be run on YouTube where we've set a group to capture all submissions. We'll be accepting submissions beginning Wednesday, August 26th up to the end of day on Wednesday, September 23rd.

The new items, which will be available beginning August 26th, can be found in the Fiesta Store. They are:


Your video may be as creative as you like. We'll be looking for those that have creative editing, original content, clever use of the music, and anything interesting that you'd like to cram in there. All entries MUST adhere to the following guidelines:

Contest entries must be titled in the following format:

[T-Pain M/V Contest] (song name) - (SparkID)
Sample: [T-Pain M/V Contest] Freeze - SKiNG

Description must contain these components in the following order:

SparkID
Artist (including who's featured) / Song name
Join the fun at Fiesta.Outspark.com!
[User's description]

Video components must contain:

- An intro 3 -4 seconds
- An outro (credits) 3-4 seconds
- Total length of video MUST NOT exceed 2 minutes and 30 seconds TOTAL (including intro and outro)

Intro and outro screens will be provided within video kit, which is downloadable HERE.

Video MUST NOT contain profanity or any other inappropriate content unsuited to the Fiesta audience.

Video must use the CLEAN/RADIO versions of one (or a creative mix of) the following songs:

Change
Freeze
Can't Believe it

Any video that does not adhere to the specifics listed above will be removed from the contest, no exceptions. Further action may be taken on the participant's Outspark account if needed.

Videos must be submitted to YouTube.com and entered into the group located HERE.

10 Winners will be selected and announced on September 30th. We will then be awarding the following prizes:

Grand Prize:
T-Pain album, 10,000 SparkCash, iPod Touch

1st Runner up prize
T-Pain album, 10,000 SparkCash, iPod Nano

2nd Runner up prize
T-Pain album, 10,000 SparkCash, iPod Shuffle

3rd Runner up prizes (awarded to the remaining 7)

I wish they just had a Dance Dance Fiesta Season 2 or something. I wouldn't mind if it was a complete duplicate of last year's event...

Ah well, at least I won't be able to give myself an extra reason to procrastinate.

I thought "Hmm, I'll give this person a try. I've never heard any of his music." I listened to "Change", the first song listed in the original post. He took a decent Eric Clapton song and ass raped it with autotune. WTF? This is an "artist"? This is "music"?
