Guild Recovery??

Ok, so i was master of Panties Guild on teva. But then i stopped playing and deleted my character, I_Wear_Prada.

I started playing again on my new char, and i was wondering if i could get the guild back.

It still exists #12 on the list, but theres no members in it.........

GIMME ME GUILD~!!!!!!!
