I think you can use aim scrolls in place for dex.. put your dex in INT for better dmg...

AoE spells don't even need Dex do they?

It's actually really hard to tell.. I think you dont notice it with Nova and Inferno..

But you can miss with magic burst

I do think Inferno and Nova can miss.

create byself, ofc lazyness in my mind xD
