... do you get Devastate and Power Hit?

Power hit is at level 20, and Devastate is at level 43, I believe..

Yea both can be found in the Warrior guy I think his name is Marty or something in Elderine. They're quite expensive.. about 3-5s for power hit. Devastate I'm not so sure.
