Receive Reward

When I go to Storage Keeper Kyle, there is a tab to choose called "Receive Reward", when I go into it, it gives me 2 other choices, "What is master reward" and "What is trainee reward". These do nothing at all when pressed. Is this a glitch in the system or can someone explain it? How do you become a master or a trainee?
