gala customer service fail

he decided to get his hero blade to 99.99%, their servers crashed. he relogged back in town with other people. he and his S tiger died because of the crash. gala had changed their item restoration policy (i forget when) so they refuse to revive it even though it was their fault. reviving it takes $50 or 1bil penya. |
Yeah my boyfriend's account started acting up, it would selectively refuse to connect. He wrote Gala customer service and it said allow 7 business days to get an answer. Been months, still no answer lol. But then he got the same problem with World of Warcraft, wrote them, they answered the next day.

Heh, I even got an e-mail from Flyffworld about it...
But seriously that's some craptastic service. I've been helped by the pwe staff when I bought an item in the CS thinking I needed it to enable mount combat. Turns out I didn't read carefully enough but they let me 'return' the item and gave me back the amount it cost. |
