Anyone use Chrome as browser? Is it really that much better than Firefox?


Anyone owns / use an Olympus compact camera? What model and any good?

I've used chrome from day one. Even the new FF 3.5 isn't faster. The thing is FF has way more functionality.

It boils down to this: Do you want to be able to JUST browse the internet at faster rates? Go chrome. Do you want to be able to have plugins? See the weather from the toolbar? Use Yahoo toolbars? Go firefox.

Ohh I wonder if my Facebook Mousehunt Toolbar will work with Chrome then..

The nice thing about Chrome is that sometimes I crash pages. With Firefox, when you crash a page, you have to restart all of Firefox. But when you crash a page in Chrome, you can just close that page and don't have to restart all of Chrome.

But Firefox has all these reallly awesome personas and is better for add-ons.

But I do think Chrome is faster.

Chrome is much faster. I did some benchmarking when the new FF 3.5 came out. But no, you can't use any toolbars in Chrome.

I guess I don't really need the toolbar.. maybe i'll give it a go..

I have both FF 3.5 and Chrome on my computer. Whenever I want SB+ or just feel bored, I open up FF3.5. Sometimes, I use both... *shrug*
