how do you type a talk bubble above your head?

when you hit Enter, you can type in a chat box, when you Enter again you talk in the chat box and a speech bubble also appear on your head when you're doing normal chat (not guild chat, party chat or whisper)

Works for shouts as well.

for party and whisper nad guild+ academy chat wont show a bubbly thing over ya heads but normal and shout do
