Level 20 Job Change won't work

I don't know if this is the right spot, I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO frustrated...

I've done the lvl 20 job change 3 times and it says success but I still haven't passed it...when i'm done it takes me back to Sean and the Q is still green and it starts all over from the beginning...

....what am i doing wrong?? someone....help....please!!!!

Can you post screenies of almost everything? This is an odd issue o.o So I might know what the problem is with screenies.

it's ok...i figured out i'm not very bright...my inventory was full (i'm so embarrassed)

Do you have extra room in your inventory? If I recall correctly, you're supposed to get something after you get the success and then give that quest item to the NPC.
