By now most of you have either gotten word one way or another or have experienced the issues that have arisen immediately after our recent server relocation. For the most part, all of the in-game problems experienced by players were related to a very severe server lag which caused an extremely delayed reaction on multiple in-game actions. Without going into a great amount of detail, we've discovered that the third party's configuration of the servers were causing problems.

The Fiesta team would like to extend our sincerest apologies for these issues that we've all been experiencing. And although we did the best we could to reply to all of your threads regarding the issue, we were very aware of the problem and working diligently around the clock on getting it resolved as soon as possible. A few of us still haven't received a wink of sleep yet, just to make sure everything's running as smooth as they can be. I say that because I can see [GM]Kae and [GM]Nekopon falling asleep on their keyboards as I type.

We're fully well aware of the loss of items and time so therefore we will be giving our users the following extensions and items as compensation.

These premium items will be given to all players who logged into Fiesta during June 18th and June 20th:

Charm of DEF +20% (1 Unit)
Charm of STR +20% (1 Unit)
Charm of Might +20% (1 Unit)
HP + SP Extender +30% (1 Unit)
Mighty Potion (1 Unit)

We're going to be extending part of the promo that we've been running over the weekend until the end of Tuesday (10:00pm) instead of Monday. The drop rate of an additional 50% will be maintained until then.

On top of that, we'll also be extending all premium item durations by 24 hours during our maintenance (on June 23rd). Those items that will be expiring before that date will not receive an extension.

Note: New items activated before maintenance (on June 23rd), which are not expired, will also receive the 24 hour extension.
