Constitutional Rights

I don't think I've ever seen this posted here, but it's something every American should see at the very least once. I know it's nearly 45 minutes long, but this is sound advice that is worth the time to review for your own sake. For more information about this topic, visit http://www.flexyourrights.org/

I wonder if the laws are similar in Canada... Hmm.

Thats very doubtful. Canada doesn't have the same laws as the US

@video- It seems rather corny. It would be nice if real world situations really turned out like that, but cops ignore laws all the time. I've seen plenty of videos of people being tazed and pepper sprayed for simply sticking to their guns and knowing their rights. Cops come up with excuses like "You're disobeying a direct order." or "You're being insubordinate." even though they have no right to tell you what you have to do. They think they do. Cops should be taught what the constitutional rights are and what they cannot do. I doubt during their training any of this is even mentioned.

Just for the record, the DEA wasn't involved in the Waco standoff.
