Problems partying @.@
 

Ok so I'm partying with this cleric, who's telling me to attack a monster to make it go near her. I didn't really get it but I just attacked monsters and made it go near her. Then it turned out I was attacking too many but I stopped and only lured one to her afterwards. But others kept spawning and started hitting me when I didn't hit them, so I end up dying cos I'm not a tanker. Then she called me stupid. D:

What am I doing wrong here? Is luring monsters something everyone does? @.@" Is she even trying to get me to lure monsters or what? Anyone have any ideas?

What she (she ?) probably meant was that you shoot the monster one to get it close to both of you, then both of you pound on it. That will save time for the cleric to run around pounding monster, now she only need to stand close to you.

The key point of this tactic is you must stand in a safe location and get the monster come to you. No need for this if the monster is not aggro though

She/he wanted you to get 1 monster out of the crowd so you guys wouldnt both be killed by the huge group of monsters.

Solo'ing would be better, unless you are killing very strong monsters of course.
