When farming for mats whats the bar for??

To speed up the farming. If you hit the orange bar when the line gets to it you automatically finish.

Only skilled people have mastered this. There was a rumor that when using a speed scroll you farm faster, but dont trust me on that.

Yes i think i said that. the increase is marginable and i never really noticed it till t4 spd. even so, farming involves a lot of moving around so a spd scroll will increase yeild per hour.

Tip: You have to position the tip of ur cursor right in the middle of the yellow bar.. if the cursor is slightly off, it doesnt work...
