Hmm, professional propagada. Don't see a lot of that these days.

How's it professional propaganda? it's just describing how trying to be perfect covers up the human side in people. It's meant to be sarcastic.

The beginning of the video is done with style similar to propaganda commercials. As for the ending... Well, we still have hope right?

I was focusing more on the song than the video... but acctually, i severely doubt that there's too much hope left. at least, in this system.

I don't think the video talks about the system much, there's only so many things that you can blame on society, if anything. It's more to do with self-fulfillment vs self-fulfilling prophecy.

But society demands perfection from us, and therefore tries to make us into robots. When someone strives to be perfect, they lose humanity.

Society doesn't demand anything from you. This pressure you're feeling is your own need for fulfillment. Many people lose themselves as they try to fulfill their lives, because they have misconceptions of what makes them happy. For example, a man feels getting fitter will make him happy, but when he reaches his ideal fitness level - he still isn't happy.

Society Pushes on to us that such and such is the status quo- that girls need to look like they do on the magazines; that boys need to be strong; the media, which is the basis of society, pushes all these things on us.
