What I don't understand is...why do a lot of Japanese products have an English slogan in their ads?

Edit: Or is this not designed for the Japanese market? I was thinking the subs were done 3rd party, but it might be part of the original, now that I'm thinking about it.

Anyway, my question still stands. It seems a lot of Japanese ads I've seen do have an English slogan.
