Cannot Connect to World Server

"Cannot Connect to World Server" is the error message I keep getting, any reason or way to stop this?

Make sure you don't have some sort of firewall blocking it or program like PeerGuardian running.

I really thought I had, my window's firewall is off and I can't seem to find any other programs...drat...
