DOT comparison?
 

is there supposed to be a pronounced difference for dot's? like, poisons being long lasting and bleeds being concentrated and venom being some mix of the two? or something else? or are they all pretty much the same?

They're all pretty much the same, with slight damage differences. And disease having a casting time as opposed to poison and bleed.

All ive noticed about DoT is that bleed lasts the least, and that venom (not piercing) is easiest to stick. i.e. I got almost perfect stick rate on venom on helga in 3 raids.

well, that sucks... i was hoping that there was some way in which they differed ._.

Some mobs are immune to certain DoTs.

i.e, Stonies don't bleed.

Well.. bleed has a higher attack damage.

I think poison is easier to stick though, on mobs that are not resistant to poison, of course.

yeah the undead monsters and stuff like stonies wont be affected by bleed or poisin
