Huh, that's strange.. oh wait. Their logo is on the Login screen I think so they must own part of it.. perhaps?

From reading the site a little bit more, this is a local server for non-US/Canada users(that's what outspark is). From what I can tell looks to be the European version.

i'm downloading it atm, gonna check it, there are guides n stuff on the site btw !
Blessed = has highes success rate, and there's said everything about the 3 spots, the eyes of refining or those ^^

As of i am Eu i'll try it ;) and it's CB atm ^^ so i'll pwn it ^^

edit: as i get it must be korean because it asked me to install korean language on the website -.-
