i just need to know watsd the highest level in the game and do you have to learn production skill or do you have to go to a npc to get them thanks:)

*max is 59 atm because the 2nd job upgrade aint done yet. it should come out after OB.
*you can choose 2 production skills which you'll have to stay at xD
then go to a skill seller(ruby in roumen) and buy the 1ns that are lvl 0 productions skills or so ;)
well if you chose the 1ns that you wanted, open the making window and you'll see which things you'll be able to make(yellow name) and buy the skill to make em ^^
then just start gathering stuff n start making stuff ^^

so is there a blacksmithg skill and achelmy and mining? and how many can i choose?

No smithing. But you can get something similar to alchemy with the potion production skill. Choose carefully cause with production skills, you can only choose between 2 out of 5 (i think there's 5), and once choosen you can't deselect them. You got them until you delete your character. While for mining, you can buy that skill of the skill seller.
