Name change
 

Changing your forum-name also changes your Wiki account name. Technically, it doesn't change your Wiki name, but creates a new blank Wiki User: Page and sets it as your default. This means that you will have a new User and Talk page and edits credited to your old account don't shift over to the new one xD


The old user and talk page will still exist under the old account-name spelling, had to copy-paste to new pages.

I think with the newer Wiki software, renaming also moves all attributes such as ID, contributions, and the likes to the new designated name.

Interesting. Sounds like you want to reallocate your contributions to the new userid.

As might be gleaned from OP, I just copied the old info and pasted it into the new one. Interesting however that the Wiki treats is as a completely new account and even your settings & preferences get set to default.

Your revisions have been updated to follow your new username.
