[Outspark] Maintenance Complete Patch Notes

Tonight, Fiesta servers will be undergoing scheduled maintenance beginning at 10:00pm PDT. Maintenance will last for approximately 3 hours.

Players will be unable to log in to Fiesta during this time.

Updates:
- End of "Let There Be Cake" event quest
- Re-fixed Fiesta.bin error issue

Graphic issues:
- Fixed Weapon Skin description
- Fixed Corrupt Angel Wings animation
- Fixed Giant Magmaton effect size, location, polygon, skill effect, and running motion
- Fixed Red Stonie skill effect
- Fixed Range monster's dead effect
- Fixed Skeleton Archer's bow graphic when zoom-out
- Fixed Academy Master's effect
- Fixed monster Skeleton slides, walk, and respawn effect
- Fixed monster Lizardman polygon
- Fixed Liberty mini-house effect
- Fixed the crystal graphic in Gold Hill Adventure KQ

Monster issues:
- ??? (Mage Monster) IceBolt skill changed to 20%
- Decreased Mara Pirates normal attack speed
- Unlimited skill attack issue from Mara, Boss Robo, and King Kong Phino

Skill issues:
- Fixed healing aggro issue
- Fixed Moral Decrease (Fighter skill) aggro issue
- Fixed Power Drain skill issue (Consume HP)

Game Balance:
- Increase Level 1~15 monster's EXP
- Increase Level 17~19 quest reward

Notice:
- Message shows when user enters Instance Dungeon
- Fixed rank update issue when Guild Academy Master quit or deletes their character

What is this "fixed healing aggro" issue? I haven't played my cleric recently so... was there some new bug or... our heals weren't meant to attract aggro!??!!

I found that interesting too... and now that I've read over it... what is this unlimited attack issue from Mara, Robo and KKP? o_O

I think they mean when u heal u wont aggro...:]

Like my 2x cleric...in abyss pt..heal = aggro. D:

and is "Out range" bug fixed?...i die alot from it =P

Do they mean chain stuns/fears/jumps or something? I know Robo does a lot of chain fears but I never thought it was a "bug", assuming my guess was correct.

They really shouldn't make low levels too easy to go through... otherwise you have a bunch of level 60s who are still clueless about their class functions. :/

^ There is a bunch of 60s that are clueless already.. I don't think the exp increase for that lower level section will make much difference XD!

I think the only thing that changes is that the new people will find the process of getting from 20 to 60 more harder than the older players, I guess. Though I doubt the increase will make a significant difference.

Maybe.

Someone should go spam heal and see if you aggro. Never knew Demoralizing Hit attracted aggro either... what I wish they'd 'fix' is to increase the aggro that Mock generates. x__x

I only need to kill 10 slimes to level to 1, they increased it?!?!



Btw in our Character box, instead of 6,947,398 / 12,398,398 EXP... it now just says 6.94M / 12.39M
