How to know instantly if your upgrade fails or succeeds
 

If you are going to +3 +6 or +9, you can know instantly if the enhancement fails. If you watch the bottom left corner, where information about drops and exp usually pops up, the instant you start the upgrade, the titles Apprenitce, SKillful, or masterful enchanter will pop up, saying you recieved the titles, before the enhancement has even finished

This is only applicable for the first time you're enchanting. Those system messages won't occur more than once. That is, you're not going to get the "skillful enhancer title" message after you've already achieved it.

You are correct as well. Its only good the first time. Its still a glitch:)
