Skill Points?

Okay, I thought that I would get more points by leveling up, but I stayed with four skill points. So how do you get more skill points?
And what is the "free stats" or "free points" or whatever button mean? It's on the character page.

You get skill points every other levels. I think it's every even levels. Free points are just points you would choose to put into your stats (str, end, int, spr). You get 1 pt for everytime you level and 5 pts when you get your class title @ level 20.

It's every odd level. When you click the "Free Stats" button, it shows the bonuses you've obtained from the free points you allocated.
