Ethyr skills

How do you lvl up your ethyr skills? I got a lvl 15 ethyr skill and was wondering how do i lvl it up?

You have to reach to a certain lvl to lvl up the ethyr skill.

It tells you when you go your skill list and click on it. There's the bit with the upgrade, etc. which tells you what level you can upgrade and how much spirit points you'll need for it.
