Are these equips worth anything?

Level 60 Bow:
STR +30
SPR +29

Level 60 staff:
END +20
DEX +19
INT +14

Meh, it seems like you haven't gotten any answers, so I guess I'll assess with my old knowledge of the game.

Bow: I recall most people wanting END on their weapons, so 50-100s tops.

Staff: 100-200s.
