Repo! A Genetic Opera.
 

If you haven't seen it already, I highly encourage everyone to at least give it a chance. It's a fantastic rock opera that even made me laughing in tears when it was over. Here's the theatrical trailer. If you're a fan of Rocky Horror Picture Show, or any other cult classics, then you're bound to love this.
