I found this a while ago, its like an alternative to Photoshop with less than half the features, but its free and there is no need to download. Its called SplashUp.

I've also found this which has more featuers, its called SplashUp Light. It is still free but now you need to dowload it.

I'm not sure which one is more advanced. I'm simply guessing it is SplashUp Light because it needs to be downloaded. I might be wrong though because it says

I tried it out for a while. I guess since I'm so used to Photoshop I couldn't use this at all >_> I'll make something with it really quick to kind of show what its capable of.

I'm so used to Photoshop shortcuts ;~; Its not possible for me to use it >.<;; Having to go up just to delete something selected when I'm so used to pressing delete... to remove a selection I have to go up... Selection...Remove Selection... when I'm used to Ctrl+D T.T And I'm not used to how the gradient tool works on there.
