It's about Facebook getting sued by Uconnect, about how the founder of Facebook stole the idea from a roommate...

I cant understand whether it's trying to say that Facebook needs to pay up for this case...

They've agreed to pay $65 million to settle the case brought by former roommates of Mark Zuckerburg.

It appears that the other two roommates enlisted Zuckerburg to help finish the code for their social-networking site, and instead of finishing the work and giving the code back, he launched Facebook.

It's a settlement agreement, so there is no appeal since both parties agreed and it was endorsed by a judge.
