Our teacher already made us remember teh Preamble ._.

The Preamble is nice and all...but the actual articles and amendments are the true beauty of our system of government.

Hrm. When I was trying to memorize them, I remember I always tried memory tricks.

For example, for the 2nd Amendment, I think my reasoning was:

I have 2 arms. Therefore, right to bear arms.

The 8th Amendment is a good one. It's basically a 0 that's been cruelly and unusually punished.

When you plead the "Fifth," it means you're not saying anything in court in order not to incriminate yourself.......

I had to do that too
forgot what my notes were on the amendments....but they made the test easy

memorizing all the presidents was the best though
I played the animaniacs song over and over until I memorized the whole song and sang it to myself throughout the entire test :D

Animaniacs...now that's quality children's programming.
