Banned/Glitched?
 

Okay, I can login to my other characters, but every time I try to get on main player the game exits. I can play my alternates all I want, but my main player loads up, appears for brief second, then the game exits out completely. I don't think it's a glitch, because my others characters work fine. Has my player been banned? Because I thought banned players were notified before their accounts got suspended.

Did you crash at Collapse Prison by any chance?

If you log in to the Outspark site and click help, then click on contact CSR, you should be able to report it.

If you get a Fiesta.bin error your character is stuck in a map. What I do to solve that is to get another character on the same map then log on to the stuck character.

If you dont get an e-mail your not banned its a glitch.

Edit: Yea I always get stuck in CP now im always forced to enter the map on foot with the camera facing the floor that seems to not get me stuck.

No I'm crashing in Elderine. I even uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled it, but it still won't let me use my main player. The alternates work fine, and they can use the storage too.

So did you just switch players when you did it? It's driving me insane.

Is your main char in a guild that your alts are not in?

If so, do you know if your other guildies can get on? It could be the guild glitch..

That could be the case as well. My alternates guild less (less chatting, more progress/soloing). I already put in a trouble ticket with OutSpark. Let's see what happens....:zomg:

D: Can you whisper your main guild's guildies from your alt to see if they're online? If they are, then it's prob on the guild.

It can happen if someone tries to put up a really long guild notice...
