Trouble Downloading Fiesta

I know i just posted a thread for help with someting else but.Im downloading fiesta now and everytime it stops in the middle of putting the icon on my desktop syas will continue and nothing happens.Any help?

I hate this. Now At the install wizard it says this "The following error occured on the file'C:\Program Files\Outpsark\SharpLauncher\game558e.rra'.
Access is denied.

Anyone know what to do?
