My character doesn't have a face?

I'm a toootal noob to this game. When I created my Cleric she didn't have a face but I guess I just assumed there'd be a quest or something that would get me one. I'm level 12 now and I haven't come across anything; does anyone know why that is? It wouldn't bother me if everyone else was the same but I know I've seen people who are lower level than me who have faces. D:

It's a glitch, you might have to reinstall.
