I still dont understand why we get stuff that's not for our level... T4 scrolls from honeying & Spider... level 70 blues from lvl 80 KQ....?

I need to make some level 80 pals haha. Nobody I know has reached that level yet (they gave up leveling around 70-75 for AFK shop life). Blue Items (weapons in general) have garbage stats but awesome attack power. I can't wait to enhance one to +9.....*drools*

The stats are 19str and 8end 3dex?? Something along those lines. They truly are 'garbage stats' but the attack rate and damage is good.
