Well, technically it is supposed to be a cash shop weapon... on any other version except ours. But something along the lines of 'game balance' hasn't allowed it to be released... :/

it's unique, but u're better off using a blue at this point.

some of the posters above are correct, these were the rewards for the first three players of each class to hit the 79 cap in the Legends of Isya event. the weapons have the same names on all servers, they're all "Teva" weapons.

u may see some Cherry Blossom weapons floating around too, as well as V-day.

none of these were avail in cash shop at any time, they were all the result of events.

But no other weapon has pretty flower petals flying off of it... D:
