New Outspark Support System
Has anyone used the new Outspark helpdesk?
It's no longer in the form of an email, rather it's a ticket u submit, and you can see your question under "Help". My question is, when they respond to you, do they only email you, or can you see their response under that Ticket History too??? |
i haven't looked at it but if it's like with other companies that use it it should appear under ticket history

Yep, you can see whatever unhelpful responses you get via the ticket system instead of getting your unhelpful responses via e-mail. It's progress!

Unhelpful responses I wasn't too concerned about but more like the length it took them to reply to my ticket.

Looks like it worked for you. I had a simple question, sent it in via the old system (which was the suggested method by the TOS), got referred to the new system, waited for a response, then finally got a "We can't answer your question". Yeah, gee, thanks.

Yeah I think our intelligent questions are usually too complicated for them LOL -sigh- it's gonna be a long wait then.. all the holidays would've piled the helpdesk... Hal's been the only one I see answering these things... have they only got 1 CSR?! |
