Level 20 question

I just reached level 20 with my mage and a message popped up daying i needed to see someone for a promotion quest however my computer lost the connection and I forgot who I need to see to start this could someone please tell me who I need to see?

I was able to find everyone i needed to see and thanks for the advice i was able to complete the job change after 2 attempts
