Empowerment question

If I empower an ability, does it stick with that ability regardless of that spell's level? Like, say, I empower the cd of MM rank 1. Will it also reduce the cd for rank 2/rank 3/etc?

Yes it will. Your points will stay tied to your skills even if you upgrade them to a higher tier.

why wouldnt it >.> that would be a major game flaw if skill points were on only one lvl >.<
